Bedfordshire Walking Festival – Sun 9 September

Take a one-way train trip from Page's Park to Stonehenge Works and enjoy a guided walk back.

There are two walks this year. The first train departs from Page's Park at 1030 (with the walk returning at 1330), and the second at 1230 (returning at 1530).

Tickets are available using the links below:

Adult (18-59) £5.25
Senior (age 60+) £4.50
Child (age 2 to 17) £3.50

This 6 mile linear walk first boards the narrow-gauge train for travel to Stonehenge Station.

Then follows an interesting undulating walk across through woods and across farmland before reaching the Grand Union Canal and later the cycleway on the trackbed of the former Dunstable branch line.

This walk would be suitable for children aged 9+. Some stiles, uneven ground, and the section across farmland can be boggy when wet. Parking is free at Page's Park station. Toilets and refreshments at Pages park Station. Toilets also available at Globe PH on route.

Dogs welcome. Bring a snack as there will be a break during the walk.
